Through this new partnership, Onto Fertility is proud to serve as a local care partner to Elsa patients. 

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

• Local Continuity of Care: Elsa patients in our Colorado region (plus those who choose to travel to our locations from elsewhere) will now have a clear, trusted pathway into our clinic. After completing Elsa’s at-home diagnostics, they can seamlessly transition into personalized care at Onto Fertility for procedures such as egg freezing, IVF, and follow-up consultations.

• Filling the Gaps: Some patients require fertility services that aren’t offered virtually or aren’t yet part of Elsa’s services, such as PCOS care or surgical options like tubal reversals. Onto Fertility is equipped to provide these essential services with expertise and care.

• Removing Barriers to Access: Together, we’re committed to expanding geographic access to fertility care, particularly in regions where clinic options are limited. By bridging virtual and local in-person care, we’re making fertility services more accessible and responsive to more people’s individualized needs and goals.
