These prices reflect self-pay packages and are intended as a starting point for planning. Final pricing is personalized based on your treatment plan, timeline, and any adjustments recommended by your care team. Your team will review exactly what’s included before you move forward.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation with one of our fertility specialists. We review your medical history, menstrual patterns, prior pregnancies or losses and long-term goals. Initial fertility testing may include hormone labs, pelvic ultrasound, and partner testing when appropriate.

What is IUI? →
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a fertility treatment in which prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus around ovulation to improve the chances of conception.
This package typically includes cycle monitoring and the insemination procedure itself.
IUI may be recommended for:

What is egg freezing? →
Egg freezing, or oocyte cryopreservation, allows you to preserve eggs for future family-building.
After ovarian stimulation, eggs are retrieved and frozen at their healthiest stage. Many patients choose egg freezing to protect fertility due to age, medical treatment or life timing.
We approach egg freezing as part of a broader conversation about reproductive longevity and long-term health.

What is IVF? →
In vitro fertilization (IVF) involves retrieving eggs, fertilizing them in the laboratory and growing embryos before transfer or freezing.
IVF allows for:

- Embryo preservation for future family planning
IVF may be recommended for:
- Tubal factor infertility
- Moderate to severe male factor infertility

It is also commonly used by same-sex couples, a single parent and individuals or couples working with gestational carriers. Donor eggs and donor sperm can be incorporated when needed.

A frozen embryo transfer uses an embryo created through IVF and then cryopreserved.

Other services may be recommended based on embryo development, sperm parameters, prior outcomes or clinical goals. These are not automatically added to your plan. They are considered when there is a clear medical reason and discussed with you in advance.

Do fertility treatment prices include medications?

Is PGT always needed?
No. Preimplantation genetic testing may be recommended based on age, history or clinical goals, but it is not required for every patient.
