Pricing & Financial Guidance

Fertility care is personal. So is the cost.

If you are searching for IVF, IUI or egg-freezing costs, or you’re wondering what insurance covers, your questions deserve straightforward answers. To make planning easier, we’ve provided self-pay package pricing below, and we offer financial counseling upfront, as your final cost depends on your medical plan, medication needs and insurance benefits.

You do not have to navigate this alone.

Self-Pay Pricing

These prices reflect self-pay packages and are intended as a starting point for planning. Final pricing is personalized based on your treatment plan, timeline, and any adjustments recommended by your care team. Your team will review exactly what’s included before you move forward.

Have insurance? Your out-of-pocket cost may differ based on your specific benefits, deductibles, and coverage details. We recommend a brief financial counseling call to confirm pricing for your plan and treatment plan.

Please note: medication costs, third-party services, and certain lab fees may not be included in package pricing. Your team will review exactly what’s included before you move forward.

Add-On Laboratory Services

Other services may be recommended based on embryo development, sperm parameters, prior outcomes or clinical goals. These are not automatically added to your plan. They are considered when there is a clear medical reason and discussed with you in advance.

Note: Add-on laboratory services vary by Onto location.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What factors affect the price I see on your website?

Insurance benefits vary significantly by plan and employer. Even with the same insurer, coverage and out-of-pocket costs can differ. Additionally, fertility care is highly personalized, so the total cost can vary depending on your overall health, medical needs and what’s included in your treatment. A financial counselor will provide you with a price upfront.

Do fertility treatment prices include medications?

Fertility medications are often billed separately and may be covered differently by insurance. We review estimated medication costs before treatment begins.

Is PGT always needed?

No. Preimplantation genetic testing may be recommended based on age, history or clinical goals, but it is not required for every patient.

Why Pricing for Your Care Is Unique to You

After your fertility assessment appointment, we’ll discuss your personalized treatment plan, pricing and financing options, so you can make informed decisions about your care. Your price will differ from others’ because of several factors, including location, treatment type, individualized needs, medications and optional add-on services, such as genetic testing.

We’re committed to transparent, supportive financial guidance so you can make decisions that are best for you with clarity and confidence.
