Who will be part of my care team?

At Onto Fertility you’ll be cared for by a dedicated team of experienced fertility specialists, including reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and nurses who are leaders in their field. Our team, led by renowned experts like Dr. Roohi Jeelani, combines decades of clinical expertise with compassionate, personalized care.

Where are you located, and where will my appointments take place?

 Our primary clinic is in Englewood, Colorado. We also see patients in Ft. Collins 

Depending on your care plan, some visits may take place at a different Onto Fertility location or affiliated monitoring site. Our team will guide you through what to expect before scheduling.

How do I get started?

Getting started begins with a conversation. You can schedule a call with an Onto Care Navigator to ask questions, review next steps, and, if appropriate, move forward with scheduling.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

A referral is not required for most patients. If your insurance plan does require one, our team can help guide you through the process.

What should I expect for my first appointment?

Your first visit focuses on understanding your health history, goals, and next steps. Your care team will outline recommended testing or evaluations and answer any questions you have.

What insurance do you accept?

We are in network with many major insurance providers in Colorado, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, First Health, PHCS, Progyny, and UnitedHealthcare.

Coverage can vary by plan. Our team is happy to help verify your benefits and answer questions specific to your coverage.

What financing options are available?

We partner with third-party financing providers, including Gaia, CapexMD, The Egg Fund, and Future Family, to offer financing options for fertility care.
