When will scheduling be open?
We plan to begin seeing patients in late January.
An announcement with additional scheduling details will be shared soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to join the waitlist if you haven’t already.
If you previously joined the waitlist and have not yet received communication, please double-check that your email address was entered correctly.
While you’re waiting, we recommend gathering your medical records so you’re prepared once scheduling begins.

Where are you located, and where will my appointments take place?
Our primary clinic location is in downtown Chicago at 371 W Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60654, as we work toward opening a state-of-the-art facility in the Chicago area.
Depending on your individualized care plan, some visits may take place via telehealth or at another Onto Fertility location or affiliated monitoring site. Our team will always guide you through what to expect before scheduling.
We are also expanding our footprint across the Chicago area. In addition to our downtown location, initial monitoring sites are planned for Park Ridge, Hoffman Estates, and Naperville, with additional locations to follow as we continue to grow.
What insurance do you accept?
We are in the process of finalizing our list of insurance providers and will share updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
Who will be part of my care team?
At Onto Health, your care is supported by a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of experienced fertility specialists, including reproductive endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and embryologists. Led by renowned experts like Dr. Roohi Jeelani, our team combines decades of clinical expertise with compassionate, personalized care.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
A referral is not required for most patients. If your insurance plan does require one, our team can help guide you through the process.
What should I expect for my first appointment?
Your first appointment is designed to get to know you. Together, we’ll review your health history, discuss your goals, and talk through what’s most important to you moving forward. Your care team will outline any recommended evaluations or testing and ensure you leave with a clear understanding of next steps. There will be time to ask questions, and our team will be there to guide you through what comes next.
